TU Quick Check Service Enhancements Available in This Week's XOP Release
New XOP Version Available Friday, 11/1/2019
A new version of XOP will be available to install Friday morning, November 1st, 2019. This XOP update includes a TU Quick Check enhancement that will save you processing time and reduce errors, plus a number of background optimizations to make XOP faster and more responsive with added security.
Prevent Processing Hold-ups, Get More Flexibility with New TU Quick Check Enhancements
Most of you are using the paperless TU Quick Check service to automate and get rapid rescore results back faster. The more you use it, the more you realize that, sometimes, the returned applicant data from TU is not compatible with what the Quick Check service requires, and you encounter errors.
We have enhanced the Quick Check ordering screen so that you can manually override the default TU applicant name and address information so that it better matches the applicant information. And, if errors are encountered – such as the common “city name error” where there are too many words in the city name field – you can modify this information and resubmit quickly to get results back faster. Use the new Override Name and Address feature to do this.
