Remaining SharperLending Bundled Services Platform Servers to be Taken Offline Next Month
Life-of-Loan Files will Continue to be Available Through Customer Service
The EPN system has been live for nearly 2 years. With all of you now working in EPN, we are putting all hardware resources toward EPN to best support you and your clients. Starting Friday, November 1st, 2019, we will be decommissioning the few remaining old SharperLending bundled services platform servers.
Your clients will still need access to Life of Loan flood reports. Not to worry! We will be providing you with information to get your Life of Loan flood information from the old SharperLending system. You can simply contact our Customer Service department and they will be able to access the information you need.
Other than Life of Loan files, the impact for you and your clients should be slim to none as we migrate these resources to EPN.
