3-Bureau UDM Available in XpertOnline

Just What Your Clients Need to Reduce Risk

We are pleased to announce that our 3-bureau UDM offering will be available to you and your clients starting Friday morning, August 30th, 2019. The 3-bureau UDM service ensures that all borrowers are monitored across all 3 bureaus to avoid throwing off DTI by virtually eliminating the possibility of undisclosed and new debt.

Your clients may think that a single-bureau UDM service is good enough, but you know this not to be the case. You know that the bureaus operate differently, have different schedules for updating consumer data, and possibly have different data on file at any given time.

You know that your clients are running a risk if they only utilize a single bureau UDM.

The 3-bureau UDM is available with the single click of a button, and will monitor and return UDM outputs from all three bureaus. Give your clients added peace of mind by reducing their risk. Get them started using the 3-bureau UDM.

Getting Started: Client-Specific UDM Codes
To get clients setup faster, we will help you enable any clients that want to use the 3-bureau UDM service. Clients that you want to setup will be enabled and ready to start ordering within 24-48 hours from the time we get all information needed to enable them.

Our goal will be to gather two pieces of information from you:

  1. Which client or clients you want enabled.
  2. Your UDM codes for that client.

Note that, if a client is already enabled for a bureau UDM product, we will use that existing bureau information. If the client is not already ordering UDMs, we will need to get this information from you. For UDMs you aren’t offering, reach out to your bureaus reps and ask to starting offering their UDM service.

What to Expect when an Alert is Sent
The 3-bureau UDM service will monitor the borrower/co-borrower credit profiles at the bureaus for new and undisclosed debt. When new or undisclosed debt is identified, a new output with the account detail will be added to the request in XpertOnline and emailed to any users that are setup to receive alerts. The bureaus will each send their own UDM notifications per applicant.
