Equifax Currently Experiencing Issues
Equifax is currently experiencing technical difficulties with connectivity on their side and is experiencing delays. We have calls into them and their support line indicates they are aware of the issue. Our EFX technical support ticket # is INC0456795. According to EFX, they do not have an ETA for rectifying the issue at this time.
We are diligently monitoring the situation and will let you know as soon as it is resolved.
When everything is processing again we will identify affected files, access EFX data, reprocess the files, and deliver them back to your clients.
