TransUnion Currently Experiencing Issues


TransUnion is currently experiencing technical difficulties with connectivity on their side and is experiencing delays.  We have calls into them and their support line indicates they are aware of the issue.  According to TU, they do not have an ETA for rectifying the issue at this time.

We are diligently monitoring the situation and will let you know as soon as it is resolved.

When everything is processing again we will identify affected files, access TU data, reprocess the files, and deliver them back to your clients.

TransUnion Connectivity Issues Resolved


We have confirmed that TransUnion has resolved the issues from this morning that were causing delays.  All affected files have been pushed through and should be correct for your clients.
