EFX Technical Issues Resolved


As most of you know, Equifax experienced technical difficulties all morning.  Recently, it appears that they are back up.  We are monitoring the situation, and beginning to push your files through.

If you have clients that ordered the same file multiple times, we will identify these duplicates and only push one of the files through to do our best to avoid unnecessary charges for you.

Any duplicates will be set to a “Processing” status in XOP.  You can then use XOP to either cancel the files, or reprocess them as you see fit.

Additionally, duplicate pulls may cause you to incur charges with TU and XPN. We suggest that you reach out to your bureau reps at the other two bureaus to rectify any billing issues with them.
