We are pleased to announce that the new EFX Work Number integration is now available for you to offer to your clients! Aside from back-end enhancements such as increased security and speed, the key benefit to the new integration is the ability for your clients to get the Research Verification product delivered within EPN. This is a time-saving product that, when ordered, prompts EFX to manually verify the information with the employer and deliver the results back to EPN.
In addition to the Research Verification product, the products on the ordering screens will be named a little different. The new products that are available are:
- Employment Verification
- Research Verification
Right now, the old and new Work Number integrations are both available in EPN. We plan to assist you with transitioning your clients to the new integration over the next couple weeks. Once your clients are transitioned over and ordering smoothly, we will sunset the old integration.
Here are answers to some common questions as we transition:
Where did the Income Verification product go?
The income verification product that was available with the old integration is a part of the Employment Verification product, so income verification can be ordered at the same time with a single product selection.
What do I need to do to offer the Research Verification product?
Many of you have clients ordering the Research Verification product from The Work Number outside of EPN, which means they are already contracted to order this product. It can be quickly and easily made available to them within EPN from the Vendor Setup screens.
If your clients are not ordering the Research Verification and you would like to offer this to them, you can contact your EFX representative to inquire about this.
