Release Information for Managers

Starting Friday Morning, April 24th, 2020, the EPN settlement services and Tax Verification Provider (TVP) platforms will be updated with new features and enhancements listed here.  New features include an enhanced vendor management process for coverage areas in EPN, and a TVP update to provide more control over how and where messages display to your processors using the TRV Provider software.  Read on for complete information.

EPN: Vendor Setup Enhancements Help Speed Vendor Management Process
Coverage areas can now be added to vendors in a more streamlined manner.  When viewing the Vendor Setup screens and setting up or editing an individual vendor, you can now quickly apply nationwide states and counties at once, and then remove the states/counties that the vendor does not cover.

How to use this feature:
Login to EPN as a manager, click Vendor Setup, and select a vendor type from the list that offers coverage areas, such as Appraisal.  Then click on the vendor you want to work with, and when the Vendor Information screen opens, click the Coverage Areas button.  On the Coverage Areas screen, click the plus sign, and in the State drop down list, the first entry will now be All.  When selected, All will be the default in the County drop down as well.  Click Add.  Once done, this vendor will cover all counties in all states.  If you wish to modify further, remove counties and/or states from the list.  Be sure to Save your changes.

TVP: Process TRV Orders Faster with Better Control Over Message Presentation
We have enhanced the Messages screen in TVP so that your canned/default messages that are made available to processors using the TRV Provider software can more easily access these messages.  Now, TVP allows you to reorganize General, Hold, Canceled, and Rejected messages.  This will help your processors when an order needs to be canceled, or a form is rejected or placed on hold: users in the TRV Provider software can more easily find and select the message they need from the list of messages (or reasons for the action).

How to use this feature:
Login to TVPPro.com under your manager account, then go to the Provider Setup menu, and move to the callout tab / Communications tab.  Expand any of the message types: General messages, Hold messages, Cancelled messages, and/or Rejected messages.  To the right of any message here, you will see new up/down arrows.  Clicking these arrows will change the order that these messages display in the TRV Provider software for your processors: moving the message up or down will move the message up or down as it is displayed in TRV Provider.  For example, if you want a different message to be first in the Canceled drop down list, you would move the message you want displayed first to the top of the list of Canceled messages, etc.
