We are excited to announce that we are nearly ready to release a full end-to-end VA appraisal integration to you and your clients! With this brand-new integration, your clients can place all their VA appraisal orders in a single platform.  You can offer more value to your clients with this new integration and earn transaction fees on every order!

If you are offering Appraisal Firewall to your clients as an AMC, the new VA connection can expand the services that you offer to your clients: the VA handles all appraiser assignment, status messaging, and appraisal delivery back into Appraisal Firewall.

With the Appraisal Firewall-VA Integration, your clients can:
  • Order VA appraisals in either Appraisal Firewall, Ellie Mae® Encompass®, and in our other LOS interfaces
  • Send messages to VA appraisers
  • Get status updates from Appraisal Firewall and the VA portal
  • Get completed VA appraisals delivered directly back into Appraisal Firewall, Encompass, or our other LOS integrations
In anticipation of this new feature, your clients will see a new Loan Type option called "VA" on the residential new order form. This option is grayed out at this time and unavailable for selection.
