Safe Harbor Public Record, OFAC Disclaimers Now Available on Reports
We are pleased to provide you with the ability to enable legal verbiage on your credit reports for the delivery of OFAC and Public Record information.  SharperLending has worked closely with NCRA attorneys to develop and approve this verbiage for implementation on your credit report outputs.  Most importantly, these disclaimers can provide an additional layer of safe harbor protection on delivery of consumer OFAC and Public Record information.

There are two separate NCRA attorney-approved disclaimers that, when enabled, will display in the Alerts section of your credit reports.  If you do not wish to enable them, nothing is required on your part.  When enabled, they will display on every PDF Lender Report regardless of OFAC or Public Record delivery.

If you would like assistance automatically enabling these output additions on your credit reports, contact Bryan Sawyer for more information at Bryan.Sawyer@SharperLending.com.

How to use this feature:
Login to XOP, go to the SetupClients menu option, search for the client you want to enable, select the client, then move to the Setup tab.  Look up the product list, then find the product you want to enable and move to the Product Detail tab.  In the Outputs section, click the PDF Lender Report output, then click the Addons button.  In the Addons list, find
the Add Public Record Statement to Alerts and the Show OFAC Message in Alerts Section addons, right-click on each, and set each to Selected. Save your changes.

Upon Save, no matter if your reports include Public Records or OFAC information, this verbiage will display in the Alerts section on every PDF Lender Report going forward.

Status Column Added to Workflow Assignments
Quickly identify the status of all supplements ordered from the Workflow Assignments screen via the new Supplement Status column. This column will eliminate the need to open each supplement individually to identify the supplement’s current status, saving your updaters/processors time, and
increasing the efficiency in managing the progression of work.

How to use this feature:
This feature is automatically available to you. From the main menu, open FileWorkflow Assignments. You will see the new column titled SuppStatus, which is available in both the Unassigned and Assigned tabs.  Within the SuppStatus column, you will see the status of the pending user service on the individual request. Please note that if more than one service is pending on a particular request, and there is more than one status, ‘Multiple’ will be displayed in the column.
Track Score Disclosures Better with Management Report Enhancements
Management reports provide an excellent snapshot of your clients’ activity. We have enhanced the Score Disclosure Manage Report with the inclusion of an Email Address column and Delivered/Viewed column. The inclusion of these columns allows you to track to whom the Score Disclosure was provided, proof of when the disclosure was delivered, and if the disclosure has been viewed by the borrower.

How to use this feature:

The columns are already present on the Score Disclosure Management Report. From XOP, select File, then Management Reports. Choose Other Custom Reports and then select Score Disclosures. Enter the desired date range you want to review and Run Report. Email Address and Delivered/Viewed columns can be found as the final two columns on the report. If the borrower’s email address was provided, this email address will be reflected in the Email Address column, even if the Score Disclosure was printed and mailed. The Delivered/Viewed column will show 'Delivered' if the disclosure was delivered to the borrower, and 'Viewed' if the disclosure has since been viewed by the borrower.
