Provide Verified Site Condition Data on No-Appraisal Loans to Your Clients
We are happy to announce the availability of the Verisite Photo Report in Appraisal Firewall! Starting Friday morning, September 14th, Appraisal Firewall will be updated with the ability for you to enable your clients for Verisite. This will allow them to setup, order, and receive Verisite data for their branches. The Verisite app will also be available in both the Apple App Store, and in Android’s Google Play.
The Verisite Photo Report is a groundbreaking new product available exclusively to you and your lenders. It is intended to be used on loans and sub-loan products that do not require full appraisals. It allows your lenders to get verified site condition reports and data, such as interior and exterior site photos with descriptions and maps instantly. Click Here for more information on the Verisite Photo Report.
Verisite allows your clients to pick and choose which pictures and descriptions they want, order them, then approve and generate the Verisite Photo Report that meets their processing and underwriting needs. The result? An instant, current, comprehensive inspection of the property.
Combined with our Verisite app for smartphones that is delivered to borrowers, appraisers, inspectors, loan assistants, realtors, etc., lenders can instantly get all the property data they need to make faster lending decisions on no-appraisal loans.
The Verisite App for Smartphones
The Verisite app is available in both the Apple App Store, and on Google Play. The Verisite app communicates directly with the Appraisal Firewall platform. It gathers site condition data and transmits it to your Appraisal Firewall manager account.
When your clients place a Verisite order, the person they send the order to – the “Photo Agent” – will receive a text with a link to install the Verisite app (or to open the app if they have used it before). They can then take pictures and provide property details for the Verisite Photo Report in your private labeled version of Appraisal Firewall. Click here for more information on Photo Agents.
How to Get Started – Verisite Addendum
To enable Verisite, we need to have the Verisite addendum signed and returned to us. Then, please review it, sign it, and get it back to Jamie Albertini at Jamie@SharperLending.com. Once we receive your completed addendum, we will enable your organization to begin offering the Verisite product to your clients.
