XpertOnline Client Side Enhancements Scheduled for Thursday, Sept 30th, 2021
Updates to Rapid Rescore Features Available PLUS New “XOLX” Version Info
Starting Thursday Morning, Sept. 30th, 2021, your clients will see an update to the Supplement request screen for rapid rescores. This enhancement will help your staff process rescores faster by prompting your client to always provide complete information on the request. Read on for complete information.
Process Rapid Rescores Faster with More Client Info Up Front When your clients request a supplement either from the link on the PDF Lender Report or from the client side UI, new Rapid Rescore checkbox options will be available. If your client checks the checkbox to order a Rapid Rescore, they will be prompted to select which bureau(s) and applicant(s) the Rapid Rescore request is for. This will help ensure your clients provide all pertinent information and reduce the back and forth that can occur if these details are not provided on the initial request.
This information will then be tracked when the supplement is posted, both on the client side, and within XOP request detail screen on the Services tab.
