SharperLending-Freddie Mac
Direct Integration Update

We are pleased to announce that we are well on our way to providing you with a direct integration to Freddie Mac’s Loan Product Advisor® (LPA) and Loan Quality Advisor® (LQA) from your XpertOnline system. As of late June 2019, we are moving into a testing phase where Freddie Mac is validating new order placements as well as reissuing files between their systems and XpertOnline.

Once we are through Freddie Mac’s testing and validation phase, we will be moving into a Pilot phase where we will need a small group of clients to assist with validating the connection with live files.

As of today, we are excitedly looking toward a late summer production release date. When this happens, we will assist you with the transition of clients off the EMS onramp interface and onto the direct integration.

A direct integration means a direct relationship with Freddie Mac and direct contact with Freddie Mac and their staff as we work to implement, maintain and enhance this integration. But the biggest benefit is that you no longer strengthen your competitor by sending your clients to them and paying them transaction fees.

We will continue to follow up with you and provide detail as we progress through milestones and work toward Pilot testing and production release.

Our connection is still confidential so please keep this information within your organization.
