Reminder: Old SharperLending Bundled Services Platform Sunsetting this Friday, April 6th, 2018
System Access Limited to Read-Only Mode

As we begin the process of dialing the old SharperLending bundled services platform down and out of production, we want to make sure you and your clients are fully aware of what to expect.  Starting this Friday, April 6th, 2018, the ability to create new loans and place new orders will no longer be available. All new order placement will need to occur in the new EPN system.

You and your clients will still be able to login to the old SharperLending system in a read-only mode. This allows you and your clients to access and view existing loan files, completed products, and view other pertinent information.

Again: only the ability to create new loans and order new products in the old SharperLending system is going away.

What about products that are ordered Thursday the 5th which are not completed by Friday, April 6th?  Those orders that are in a pending status will be completed with the vendor’s completed report/information after April 6th, or whenever the vendor responds with the completed file. They will then be available for your clients to view.

How long will files be available in the old SharperLending platform?  You and your clients will be able to login to the old system in a read-only mode to access files until Monday, August 6th, 2018.  After August 6th, we will be removing login access to the old system. You will need to request specific files from Tech Support at that time.
