It’s usually sad when you have to say goodbye to an old friend, but not this time! Starting the first week of April, the new EPN system is replacing the older bundled services platform. Technology is always progressing in new and exciting directions, and we are pleased to provide you with a more secure, more robust, and easier-to-enhance platform with the EPN system.
Most of you have your clients transitioned over to the new system, and are fully functioning within EPN. However, there are still a few orders processing through the old bundled services system.
Starting the first week of April, we will be dialing the old bundled services platform down and out of production. By Friday, April 6th, 2018, the old ShaperLending Bundled Services Platform will be unavailable. You and your clients will be solely using the EPN system.
What About Clients that Use the Calyx Point Interface?
We have been able to determine that there is a small amount of volume still running through the Calyx Point interface. However, we have been unable to determine precisely which of your clients use this interface (because Calyx embeds the SharperLending user interface directly into their LOS).
If you have any clients that are using the Calyx Point interface for bundled services, they will be automatically redirected to the new EPN system as of Friday morning, April 13th, 2018. This will impact them because they will be using the new EPN user interface to place orders, and the look and feel is different (as you know) from the old platform. We wanted to bring this to your attention so you can reach out to your clients using Calyx Point and prepare them for this change.
