In the spirit of a new year, we have exciting things to announce about our new and improved EPN bundled services platform. Starting in 2018, EPN has been rolled under the SharperLending umbrella of products. What this means is that SharperLending is now the sole point of contact for all your customer service and training needs. You can contact us at (800)452-1174 option 2, or Tickets@SharperLending.com
Additionally, you can expect the EPN system to fall into a regular software update and release schedule, complete with release bulletins.
But what about the old SharperLending bundled services platform you may ask? Right now, most of you have clients using the new EPN system, and migrations are continuing to go well. At this pace, we are looking toward an April 1st, 2018 (end of first quarter) sunset date for the old system, so mark your calendars! We will send follow up information as this date approaches.
