Use the Cancel/Repull feature in XOLX to drop a bureau from a report, and to pull fresh bureau data. This is helpful when your clients order a rapid rescore or you need to unfreeze a consumer’s data with a Pin for example.


Using the Repull feature will cancel the existing bureau, re-access the bureau, reprocess the file and allow you to deliver a new output with fresh data to your client.


To repull a bureau, open the request, move to the Products tab, and from the actions menu select Cancel/Repull

The Repull screen will open, allowing you to enter a bureau Unfreeze Pin if needed. If not, leave the Pin field blank, and choose which bureau or bureaus you would like to repull. Save your changes.

The selected bureau or bureaus will then be canceled, re-accessed, repulled, and you will be returned to the XOLX Request Detail screen. You can then go to the Print menu and send any updated outputs to the client.


*A Note on using the Unfreeze Pin
If you enter an Unfreeze Pin for an applicant or co-applicant, XOLX will send the Pin in the inquiry to the bureau. If the Pin is correct, the file will be unlocked and the bureau or bureaus will return the applicant/co-applicant’s data. If the Pin is incorrect, you will receive an error and the bureau will not be repulled.


**Adding a Co-App will Trigger a Repull

When you are working in an Individual file and go to the Modify Request screen, then click the hamburger menu and choose to Add a Co-Applicant, this will repull the bureaus for the Co-App once you save your changes.
