Often you need to change, upgrade or downgrade a product. Open the file, and select the Products tab. The product type will be listed below. Click the hamburger menu at the right to display your options and select Upgrade.

Depending on the client’s product settings, you will either see the client’s product list, or their checkbox product selections.  


  • For Product List style products, click the drop down list and select the product you want to change the file to. Click Save to change the product.  

  • For checkbox products, select which bureaus, scores and access addons you want to add or remove, then click Save to change the product. 

In some situations, you may see both checkbox products and product lists for clients that have unique setup scenarios, that utilize an LOS and the client side directly, or for other reasons. 

On Save, the file will be closed, re-accessed (if needed) and reprocessed. To view updated outputs, hover over the menu at left and click the Print menu option. Look in the Existing Outputs section, and find and click on the output that matches the date and time you performed the product modification to view it.
