XpertOnline Technical Difficulties Resolved
XpertOnline experienced a technical issue today that has been resolved. Most files were delivered back successfully albeit slower than preferred. One of our key partners experienced an outage today that caused a downstream ripple of backed-up files which we monitored and pushed back to your clients.
At this time, any affected files are available and delivered to your clients. We have mitigated this risk moving forward and will continue to monitor all files.
