Here is the list of XOLX updates that will be available starting Friday morning, April 1st, 2022.
- Search Widget
We are excited to announce that we have updated the Search tab feature to its very own widget panel! Now users can Search Orders via Reference Number, SSN, Applicant/Co-Applicant Name, and/or Client ID to narrow the search parameters directly on the widget panel. To make room for the Search Orders widget, we have removed the Reports Pulled By Client widget, and placed the Items Completed widget in its place.

- Get Next Button
The Get Next button makes its highly anticipated debut! This new Get Next button within the Workflow Stats widget panel will automatically assign the oldest, unassigned service file to the user that is committing the action, including any Supplements attached to the file.
At the same time the user clicks Get Next, the Supplements tab will immediately update with the proper counts of what was just assigned with however many Supplements were previously assigned. Should no work be available for assignment, we have added an overlay showing the user that No work was assigned.

- Dashboard Save State
When a user opens a file, performs whatever work is needed, and returns to the Dashboard, we have incorporated a Dashboard Save State. Now, when users go back to the Dashboard, the view will be as the user left it, i.e. any search parameters that were entered, or whatever Orders tab was accessed last.
- Dynamic Tab
As a companion piece to the new Search Orders widget, we are introducing a dynamic Search tab that will automatically show the search results, allowing users to remain on the main dashboard screen to review their search outcome. This tab will automatically update whenever a user performs a new search.
