A new version of XOLX will be available Friday, July 29th, 2022.
This release introduces the beginning stages of Provider Settings! We are also introducing Take Ownership now assigns the whole file, a calendar feature for all fields requiring a date, an updated Addresses tab, and adding the output type to the email description for easier recognition. With these enhancements, XOLX continues to incorporate its functionality to a centralized location, so providers and processors alike can work in a single platform. Less time navigating between systems creates more time to complete files.
We encourage you to get your processors working in XOLX so we can continue the pace of getting XOLX to a place where you will no longer need XOP to update your files - and all your work can be web based.
- Provider Settings
We are excited to release the first iteration of the Provider Settings feature! This is where the Provider Details can be accessed. Note: Administrators will have access to the Provider Settings with limited editable options, Supervisors will have access to the Provider Settings in a read-only mode, and Users will not have access to the Provider Settings from the Navigation Menu.

- Take Ownership Assigns Entire File
We have enhanced the logic of the Take Ownership functionality! Now, when a processor utilizes the Take Ownership feature within a Supplement, should the overall file that Supplement is attached to not be assigned, Take Ownership will not only assign the Supplement to said user, but the file as a whole! Additionally, when this action occurs, the entirety of the file will be removed from the Get Next pool, ensuring files and their Supplements in users' queue, remain in their queue. - Calendar Feature for Date Fields
We are introducing a date-chooser feature for all fields requiring a date to allow users to select the appropriate date directly from the calendar! This quality of life improvement will assist in ensuring all dates are in a correct format. Select the calendar icon in any field requiring a date to access the calendar feature.
Once a user selects the calendar, they can choose the year, month, date from the calendar.
- Address Tab Gets Updated Fields
We have added more editable fields within the Addresses tab so users can have even more information at their fingertips! Now processors will be able to enter rent amounts, verifications, payment types, etc. all within the Addresses tab. These fields will be editable so updates can occur seamlessly.
- Report Output Type Added to Email Description
We have added the report output type to the email description so users are aware of what kind of report is awaiting their review. Accessing the report via email will continue to function exactly how it works presently.
