Those providers using the XpertOnline Provider software for provider-side processing, setup, and other functions can open an updated Management Reports program. The management reports themselves have not been updated or modified in any way—only the main screen that allows you to open a specific management report has changed.
The documentation that follows is only for users of the XOP software—those of you accessing the Management Reports program through XpertOnline.net will continue to see the old program. To open the Management Reports program from XpertOnline.net, login, and choose the Utilities | Management Reports link—please refer to those instructions for report definitions/configurations and use.

Pending Requests and Services
The Pending Requests and Services management report option contains three management reports that will compile and display all possible outstanding items within XOP. The only two items that can be outstanding within XOP are entire requests and individual services within requests. Which outstanding items (either entire requests or individual services within requests) the user wishes to view depends on the user’s selection.
Requests Pending
The Requests Pending option opens a management report that contains all requests that are currently in a status of Updating in XpertOnline.net/XOP, which indicates that the entire request may or may not have all of the individual account services (user service requests) completed on it but still needs to be printed back to the originating client. This report is sorted alphabetically by client company name, then alphabetically by product category; and, it will display all requests that are currently in a status of Updating. There is no restriction on date ranges in this report.
There is no pop-up screen that will open when you select the Requests Pending—it goes straight into the management report itself.
This management report breaks down each client currently ordering requests in XpertOnline.net/XOP alphabetically; then, within each listed client company categorizes the outstanding requests alphabetically into the product category name, and within the product category, lists the display ID (reference number), Applicant name, SSN, product name, date ordered, and the number of days the request has been outstanding/pending. This is a handy way for managers to quickly find those requests that have been pending for a long time and to make sure that they make it back to the client in a timely manner.
Services Pending
The Services Pending option opens a management report that contains all services within each request that are currently in a status of Requested or Waiting in XpertOnline.net/XOP. The status of the service is evident in the Request Detail page in either program (XpertOnline.net or XOP).
There is no pop-up screen that will open when you select the Services Pending—it goes straight into the management report itself.
This management report lists each client currently ordering requests in XpertOnline.net/XOP alphabetically that has services pending; then, within each client company listing, it displays all display IDs (reference numbers) and the pending services for each display ID. Along with the display ID and the service description, this management report lists whether a verification has been printed for the service or not, the date the service was requested, and the number of days that this outstanding/pending service has existed in XpertOnline.net/XOP.
Services Pending with Team Breakdown
This management report is only for those Providers actively using the Service Team field.
There is no pop-up screen that will open when you select the Services Pending with Team Breakdown—it goes straight into the management report itself.
When a client or clients have been assigned a Service Team ID, this management report will order the resulting information alphanumerically by the value in the Service Team field, then alphabetically by client.
Billing Reports

These options help to determine the type of information that the management report will contain. Each report is broken down into charges, credits, and a total, all contained in the customizable date range fields.
Client Billing
This management report displays the billing information per client company name, sorted alphabetically. This menu option opens a management report that summarizes XpertOnline.net/XOP client activity per month over the last year. This management report is dependent on the current month—it will summarize activity 12 months prior from the current month. The Twelve Month Lookback management report looks back 12 months and displays a bar graph summarizing client activity and client activity totals per month, totaling all client activity per month at the bottom of the report.
When a user selects the Twelve Month Lookback option, the management report itself opens directly—there are no configurations available for this report.
The second section found in the Other Custom Reports menu option contains highly-configurable management reports that display all RMCR and Line Item-related activity. The information that displays on the management report depends on the selections you make in the Report Type, Client ID, Updater User ID, Sorted By, and the Range of dates fields; and, of course, the management report you choose to view.
RMCR and Line Item – Summary
This management report can contain up to three items that can be double-clicked on to view the details for each—RMCR requests, RMCR services, and Line Item services. Important Note: the availability of one, two, or all three of the sub-items explained below depends on your selections in the customizable fields on the screen shown below.
- RMCR requests—double click on this entry to view the details of all RMCR requests that are listed on this management report per your preset values in the above fields. This is based on the RMCR service on the product.
- RMCR services—double click on this entry to view the details of all RMCR services that are listed on this management report per your preset values in the above fields. RMCR services are usually any of the Verify Balance services, Interview, Verify Addresses, and Verify Employments.
- Line Item services—double click on this entry to view the details of all line item services that are listed on this management report per your preset values in the above fields.
In the Report Type section, designate whether the management report should contain RMCRs/Line Items that have been Requested but have not yet been worked, RMCRs/Line Items that have been Completed only, RMCRs/Line Items that are Pending—have been started but are not yet completed—or RMCRs/Line Items that may have billing Trouble, or questionable billing anomalies (For example, the report is designed to find and report cases where the amount that was billed may not match up to the price listed on the report. Please keep in mind that records contained in the Trouble report are not necessarily problematic or wrong—this report only helps to identify records where there might be a problem, in case it becomes necessary to investigate questionable billing numbers).
In the Range of Dates section, the default date will be the previous day. You can click the drop down list on both the Start Date and the End Date to select a calendar date instead of typing one in.
Or, users can click any of the buttons to the right here to auto-populate the Start Date and End Date fields.
- Today—when clicked, this changes the Start and the End fields to today’s date.
- Week to Date—when clicked, this changes the Start field to the Sunday prior and the End field to today’s date.
- Month to Date—when clicked, this changes the Start field to the first day of the current month and the End field to today’s date.

If you would like to limit the management report to only one client company, type the client number that corresponds to that company into the Include Billing for Client ID: field. Or, leave this blank to view billing information for the date range you input for all client companies.
If you would like to limit the management report to a specific updater/processor in your office, type the user name that corresponds to that updater/processor into the Include Billing for Updater User ID: field. Or, leave this blank to view billing information for the date range you input for all users (keep in mind that this field is for users in the Provider’s office).
Finally, users can decide how they would like the RMCR and Line Item – Summary management report to be sorted.
- Date Ordered (default)—this management report will be sorted by oldest to most recent date ordered.
- Date Completed—it will be sorted by the date that the request was completed, or statused to Done.
- Client ID—this management report will be sorted numerically by the client number.
- Company—this management report will be sorted alphabetically by client company name.
- User ID—this management report will be sorted alphabetically by username, as setup in the XOP/XpertOnline.net system.
- Status—the Status sort option will sort RMCR requests by status of the entire request (New, Updating, Done); the Status sort option will sort all RMCR services by status of the individual service (Requested, Waiting for Response, Done, Canceled); the Status sort option will sort all line item services by the status of the individual services (Requested, Waiting for Response, Done, Canceled).

For RMCR services, the report will be sorted alphabetically by the particular RMCR service (VBAL30, VBAL60, VBAL90, Interview, Verify Addresses, Verify Employments). For Line Items, the report will be sorted alphabetically by the name of the service description.
Click the Run Report to generate a management report based on this information, or Cancel to quit this operation. When the report is generated, users can double-click on any of the items listed here to view details for each. Subsequent tabs will open that allow for navigation backward and forward, in or out of the summary page or the details pages.
RMCR and Line Item – Detail

RMCR Audit
This report, which displays information within a specified date range only, shows users the number of requests ordered with the RMCR service enabled on the product and the number of requests whose RMCR service has been completed. Users can further this functionality by double clicking on the blue text here to view the listed reference numbers for RMCR requests.
When a user selects the RMCR Audit option, the screen below opens.
In the Range of Dates section, the default date will be the previous day. You can click the drop down list on both the Start Date and the End Date to select a calendar date instead of typing one in.

When the report opens, the management report will be broken down into Beginning Open RMCR Count, New RMCR Activity, RMCRs Completed, and RMCRs Canceled. Each of these items can be double-clicked on to view the details for each.
The Calculated Ending Open RMCR Count and the Actual Ending Open RMCR Count should always match. Please keep in mind that, if these values do not match, this does not indicate that records contained in this report are necessarily problematic or wrong—this would only indicate that there might be a problem: such as a date anomaly or an RMCR was upgraded to another RMCR.
RMCR Pending Services
This report shows those requests that had RMCR services aligned to the requests and that have been marked as Completed, but for whatever reason another outstanding/pending service exists on the request. This report is a snapshot of XpertOnline.net/XOP at the time the user opens this report, meaning that any XpertOnline.net/XOP activity performed after this report is opened will not display.
When a user selects the RMCR Pending Services option, the management report itself opens directly—there are no configurations available for this report.
The third section found in the Other Custom Reports menu option contains management reports that gather general information based on turnaround times for completing line items, non-RMCRs (Infiles), and RMCRs, and a one-page summary of activity and billing for RMCRs, Infiles, and Line Items.
Turnaround Times – RMCRs
If you choose the Turnaround Times – RMCRs management report, the report lists all the RMCRs requested and completed between the selected dates, and automatically computes a “turnaround” time for the completed ones—this is advantageous to see the length of time it takes your office to complete a requested RMCR request.
This report computes the turnaround time in hours, based on a normal day, minus weekends and holidays.
Important Note: In order for this report to be useful, you will need to give us a list of your holidays and specify a preferred time zone. If you would like an 8-hour work day, or a 24-hour work day, or if you want to specify multiple time zones based on multiple office locations, more time will be taken to develop this management report for you. You must give us this information in order for this report to be useful to your company.

Turnaround Times – Line Items

Completed Units and Revenue
This report is a one-page summary of activity and billing for RMCRs, Infiles, and Line Items completed within a range of dates.
- RMCRs are defined as requests with a completed RMCR service.
- Infiles are any other non-RMCR request.
- Line Items are services that were completed outside the scope of an RMCR (after the RMCR was completed, or on a non-RMCR request).
Since this report has to gather numerous counts and billing totals, it is not a good idea to run this during production hours, especially for a date range greater than one day.
When a user selects the Completed Units and Revenue management report, the screen below opens.
