IRS Implements Temporary Login Fix
TRV Service Reestablished for IVES Participants
By now, many of you have received a notice that the IRS was experiencing login issues affecting new and existing IVES participants. SharperLending has been notified that the updates made by the IRS during this last weekend (Saturday, July 23rd, 2022, and Sunday, July 24th, 2022) had unforeseen side effects. We are happy to relay that the IRS has implemented a temporary fix that should allow Providers to login and launch the scraper without further interruption. The IT teams at the IRS are currently working on a permanent fix slated for a future update. Once SharperLending has been notified a permanent fix is in place, we will relay the update to you.
