A new version of XOLX will be available Friday, September 23rd, 2022.
This release introduces a handful of quality of life features, providing more information to users at-a-glance. We have added the applicant's Date of Birth and Zip Code to the reference number title banner and we have swapped the locations of the Footnotes and Non-Printing Notes within the Notes tab. As we continue to consolidate XOLX into a centralized platform, these new features will assist processors and providers alike to complete more files in less time!
We encourage you to get your processors working in XOLX so we can continue the pace of getting XOLX to a place where you will no longer need XOP to update your files - and all your work can be web based.
- Applicant DOB and Zip Code Added to Request Information and Title Banner
We have updated the Request Information widget within a file to display the applicant's and co-applicant's (should one exist) Date of Birth so users can save time from hunting for this information! The Date of Birth field can be viewed below the Current Address field under the Request Information widget. As an added bonus, we have brought the applicant's Date of Birth AND Zip Code to the reference number title banner along the top of the screen so users can easily verify the data as they work through processing the file. Please note: the zip code in the title banner will reflect the applicant's current address zip code. 
- Footnotes and Non-Printing Notes Swapped
We have swapped the locations of Footnotes and Non-Printing Notes within the Notes tab to add XOP familiarity to XOLX. Now, users will see Non-Printing Notes in the top section, while the Footnotes section will be at the bottom.
