Release Information for Managers


Starting Friday morning, October 7th, 2022, the EPN Settlement Services Platform will be releasing an enhanced version of the alerts and messaging banner feature. This update will allow Managers to set alerts or messages to select clients! For a complete description to this new feature, please continue reading below.

Set Alerts and Messages to Specific Clients

The EPN Settlement Services Platform first introduced the alerts and messaging banner feature so you could relay any vendor issues to all your clients simultaneously, back in May 2019. You can refer to that announcement HERE. Now, Managers can create and set alerts/messages to individual or a select few clients. By enhancing this existing feature, you can ensure the alerts or messages are administered to applicable clients. Please note: only one alert or message can be active at a time, whether that is for all clients or an individual client.

How To Use This Feature:
Login to your EPN Manager account. Select the Manager Setup option on the left-hand side of the screen and select the Alerts tab.



Create the alert or message as usual. Under the Alert Client List, change the radio button to Individual Clients.


Choose which client(s) you want to create the alert or message for by ensuring the box adjacent to the client’s name is selected. Only users associated with the client(s) you set the alert or message to will see the banner along the top of their dashboard upon their next login. Users affiliated with clients not enabled for the alert will not be privy to the alert or message banner.
