A new version of XOLX will be available Tuesday, November 8th, 2022.
In this release, we are enhancing the overall functionality of what processors and providers can do in XOLX with six new features. The Main Dashboard has a new look with even more functionality, users have autonomy to view their dashboard via Files or Supplements, you can add New Creditors to your Rolodex, add a different address for the co-applicant, plus processors can Uncancel/Revert canceled accesses, and 'Deleted' has been added to the Inquiries tab column customizer. With each release, XOLX continues to grow into a comprehensive platform, where all user types can process and track more orders in reduced time.
We encourage you to get your processors working in XOLX so we can continue the pace of getting XOLX to a place where you will no longer need XOP to update your files - and all your processing work can be web based.
- Refreshed Look to the Main Dashboard
The Main Dashboard has been updated to align with the look and feel of working in an order. We have moved the Get Next feature into the Search widget, the Workflow Stats has been rebranded to just the Stats widget, the Stats widget will display Supplements or Files counts, and the Tab carousel has replaced the previous iteration of tabs - with the inclusion of a Files tab, matching icons, and the ability to customize how your tabs are arranged.
For more information about the Main Dashboard features and functionality, please refer to The Main Dashboard article found HERE.
- View Dashboard by Files or Supplements
We have modified the Main Dashboard with a toggle option to display Supplements OR Files, depending on how processors choose to have their work displayed. Now, switching between views is as effortless as checking a box.
Supplements will be the default view. Based on the user's selection, XOLX will remember the dashboard view to ensure the selected display is retained. The Stats widget will adjust the counts based on Supplements view or Files view. Additionally, when interacting with the Stats widget, the correlating tab will display the appropriate list of results.
- Rolodex Added to Navigation Menu
We are excited to announce that we have added the Rolodex to the Navigation Menu, so your list of creditors is always available.
When selecting Rolodex, a list of all your current subscribers will be displayed. We have also added the abilities to search, edit existing creditors, and add new creditors directly within the Rolodex screen. Additionally, you can access this same screen from the Trades tab within an order, via the Creditor Name hyperlink.
For a full walkthrough of how the Rolodex feature operates, check out our Rolodex article HERE.
- Add Co-Applicant's Address to Modify Request Screen
We have added the ability for processors to add a co-applicant's address that is different from the applicant's address within the Modify Request screen. Once this change is committed, it will update within the Addresses tab via the Requests page, and display within the Request Information widget. The Request Information widget has been updated to include a line for the Co-Applicant Address. Should the current address differ from the applicant's, the Co-Applicant's Address will be shown.
If the Co-Applicant's Address is the same as the applicant's, this will state Same as Applicant. We have also applied the same rule when updating the co-applicant's address via the Addresses tab, where the changes will be reflected via the Modify Request screen.
- Processors Can Revert Upgrades
Processors can now Un-cancel an access via the Products tab while working in a request! We have updated the Actions menu on the Products tab to combine the Cancel/Repull activities as a single feature. This will reduce the number of clicks and screens Processors need to go through to fulfill their work. From the Products tab, select the Action menu to the right, and choose Cancel/Repull.
When the access is 'Canceled,' disable the box under the Cancel column and SAVE.
An 'Un-Cancelling' overlay will appear, and the previously canceled access will be updated to DONE.
- 'Deleted' Category Included on Inquiry Column Customizer
We have added 'Deleted' as a category within the Inquiry column customizer so users can quickly determine if an inquiry has been deleted. By adding 'Deleted' to the column customizer, users can sort their display just like they can with other available categories. From the Inquiries tab, select the column customizer icon. By default, 'Deleted' will be disabled.
Enable the slider and SAVE. The column will automatically be added to the user's view. Any inquiries that have an account indicator of Deleted will show under the Deleted column.
