The TVP dashboard now incorporates all features and functionality from the legacy TRV Provider application, so Managers can process orders without ever having to leave the TVP site. Below is a full walkthrough of what all can be accomplished within the Main Dashboard. Please note: Processing transcripts remains the same as it did in TRV Provider, we have merely modernized the look in preparation of sunsetting the TRV Provider application

New Orders

The New Orders widget has a color-coordinated graphic to aid in differentiating between New Order statuses. 


Select the appropriate segment to begin work. 

  • Ready to Review - Clicking on 'Ready to Review' opens in a new tab the oldest order in the queue. Once the order is approved or rejected, the next oldest order will automatically be available for review. Clicking the number adjacent to 'Ready to Review' displays a list of orders in queue oldest to newest, visible under the Orders section. These orders will reflect a 'Requested' status.
  • On Hold - Clicking 'On Hold' will display the list of orders in queue oldest to newest, visible under the Orders section.
  • Oldest New Order - Selecting 'Oldest New Order' will open the oldest order directly in a new tab to begin work. 
  • Orders Today - Clicking 'Orders Today' will display all the forms submitted for approval from the present date. Clicking the number adjacent to 'Orders Today' displays a list of orders under the Orders section.


Batch Management

The Batch Management widget is where you can see figures for the number of form types awaiting submission to the IRS.

Signatures Active

The Signatures Active widget displays the number of forms sent for eSignatures in various day increments: Recent, 2 Days, 4 Days, Over 7 Days, and On Hold


Selecting the days out will display the correlating order under the Orders section. 

  • Recent – This indicates the number of orders you have recently approved and are waiting for the borrower's eSignature.
  • 2 Days – Indicates the number of orders that have been waiting over 48 hours for a borrower’s approval and electronic signature.
  • 4 Days – Indicates the number of orders that have been waiting over four days for a borrower’s approval and electronic signature.
  • 7 Days+ – Indicates the number of orders that have been waiting over seven days for a borrower’s approval and electronic signature. The eSignature feature expires after seven days.
  • On Hold + – Orders that have not had borrower approval after seven days or orders where a borrower has declined to provide an electronic eSignature are automatically placed On Hold. You can view the reason for the On Hold status within the Communications log of the order. 


Please note: the order count in the Signatures Active widget will not always match the number displayed in the Orders section because there can be multiple pending eSignature requests per order.


Once a borrower provides all the appropriate eSignatures, the order is automatically sent to the Batch Management section for you to send to the IRS. 


Transcripts Pending 

The Transcripts Pending section tracks the number of orders that are in process and need to be returned from the IRS to you. Click any number link next to a day to view those pending orders, accessible via the Orders section.  


Stuck Items

Stuck Items draw attention to items that the IRS has returned that do not match up with an existing order. You can open a stuck item via the Transcripts Stuck feature, search for the order that it is associated with, and assign it to the existing order. Click Upload to manually attach a completed transcript and assign it to an order.
