Each time you login to TVP, the top right of the page will display your username and account type, i.e., Manager, Administrator, etc.
Viewing and editing your profile information can be accessed via the Gear icon.
The Profile information will show Username, Email, Name of the user, user's Phone number, and the date/timestamp of the user's Last Logon. To update your any profile information, select Edit Profile Information.
This will open the fields into an editable mode so you can update your username, email address, etc. Once the changes have been made, be sure to select SAVE. Choosing CANCEL will direct you back to the main Profile page.
To update your password, select Change Password from the main Profile page.
All required fields to change the password will be outlined in red. Once the changes have been made, select the Change Password button at the bottom of the screen. Cancel will direct you back to the main Profile page.
Please note, the system will state if your current password is the same as your new password and if you are missing any password requirements when creating a new password or if your new password does not match the confirm new password.
Upon a successfully changed password, a message will display that your password was successfully updated.
If your password was not updated successfully, you will see a message indicating what prevented the new password from being updated. An example of the type of error message you may encounter can be seen in the screenshot below.
To logout of your TVP account, select the arrow icon. This will successfully log you out of your TVP account and direct you back to the login screen.
