To place a new order, select New Order from the navigation menu on the left.
If the user is associated with multiple branches, the user will need to select the appropriate branch from the Branch dropdown menu. Should the user only be associated with a single branch, that branch name will automatically be selected. Once a branch is selected, the full order form will populate.
Select Add New TRV to begin the order placement process.
The Add New TRV screen will allow you to select the form, years that need to be ordered, applicant type, signature types, where you can upload the 4506, and if you elect to obtain a Pre-Signed eSignature, uploading the eSignature Audit Log (s) will be available as well.
Any attachments that have been added to this screen can be removed via the red 'X' to the right of the Attachment Description, i.e., name of the file. Choosing Cancel will direct you back to the New Order screen. Once the selections have been made, select SAVE.
Upon SAVE, the user will be directed back to the New Order screen. The selections made via the Add New TRV screen will be displayed along the top portion of the New Orders Screen.
By default, the user placing the order will see their username and email address within the Email Notifications section. You can add additional users to this section by clicking in the textbox (this will display a list of users associated with the branch) to select fellow users, or typing the name of the user you wish to receive order notifications. You can remove users via the 'X' at the end of the user's name/email address.
The order form will automatically outline in red all required fields needed per the form type selected. An example of the required fields for a 1040 for a single applicant can be found in the following screenshot.
After the required fields have been fulfilled, select ORDER at the bottom of the screen. Once the order has been successfully placed, you will be directed to the order's Forms and Order Information. An example of a successfully placed order can be found in the screenshot below.
