  • E-Signature Audit Report - You can set a date range for this report to generate a zip file for all orders that follow the guidelines set forth in the IVES E-Signature audit publication. When more than 125 eSignature requests are found within a given month the report generates the required sample size for review by dividing the total number of requests for the month by the maximum sample size of 125. Starting with the first eSign requests for the month, the skip interval is applied until a sample of 125 requests is generated.
    • The report produces a zip file containing a folder for each month it was run for. Each month's folder contains a subfolder for each selected report that contains both the 4506 and audit documents for the order. The zip folder will also generate a list of errors if there are orders selected that are missing the required documentation.
  • Orders By Date Requested - This report will generate an order count for orders requested in a pre-determined timeframe, including those orders that have been approved, rejected, and completed. The report builder will require you to create a report title, which will be outlined in red. By default, the custom report will be accessible for users company wide. You can toggle to My Report, which will only be a custom report accessible by you.

Select any of the available fields to create your custom report. Be sure to select SAVE to create the report or select CANCEL to return to the main Reports page.

Custom reports will be listed alphabetically under the Custom section. You can View, Edit, or Delete the custom report by expanding the report (via the arrow) and selecting one of the three options.
