Refresh Icon
The Refresh icon will update the dashboard for order counts when applied. This will include updated figures for New Orders, Batch Management, Signatures Active, Transcripts Pending, and Stuck Items. Additionally, utilizing the Refresh icon will reset to your default sorting.
Search and Advanced Search
The Search bar and Advanced Search are features that can narrow down order results.
You can search via the Reference Number, Loan Number, Applicant/Co-Applicant Surname, and Last Four Digits of the Applicant/Co-Applicant SSN. Any matching results will display below the Main Dashboard.
The Advanced Search option gives you additional search parameters. When the appropriate fields have been entered and/or selected, choose APPLY. Adjacent to the Advanced Search section will be an Applied tag.
Any matching results will display below the Main Dashboard. Using CLEAR will remove any of the fields you entered data.
