Once requests have been approved and are ready to be submitted to the IRS, you can prepare your batch of orders via the Batch Management widget. The Batch Management widget is where you can see figures for the number of form types awaiting submission to the IRS. 



Additionally, you can Quick SendView Previous Batches, and create Custom Batches.  

  • Quick Send - Generates a PDF with the fax coversheet in a new tab. This will display a view of all forms that are read to be sent to the IRS. You can manually print and fax or use your digital fax machine to deliver them to the IRS. Please note: Using a digital fax program cuts down on time-consuming manual faxing and can improve the turn times of your TRV orders. Select the forms you wish to send and select Quick Send. The coversheet will generate upon selecting Quick Send, providing an itemized view of the requests that will be submitted to the IRS. 

  • View Previous Batches - Displays two side-by-side sections. The left side shows the batches list, while the right side shows the forms included in the batch selected from the left column. The system will include one copy of each 4506. 
    • Date Range - Filter results by selecting a date range. 
    • Search By - Filter results by searching for the applicant's last name or reference number. 
    • Search - Commits the action of searching. 
    • Batch Details: PDF - Selecting this icon will open the PDF coversheet, including all related 4506s.
    • Cancel Batch - Removes requests to be sent to the IRS. Forms will be returned to the Batch Management section in an 'Approved' status. When selected, a message will display that the batch has been canceled. 
  • Custom Batch - Displays a list of forms eligible to be batched. When at least one form is selected via the box to the left, the CREATE button will be enabled. PDF coversheet will automatically be generated to show those forms that will be send to the IRS.
