Use the UDM Management Reports selections in XOP to monitor your clients’ UDM ordering activity. Make sure that you have Administrator level user rights to be able to access your management reports.

UDM Activity Management Report
This report shows everything that is actively being monitored or that has had any kind of status change during the date range, regardless of whether any actual alerts came in.
Go to File | Management Reports | Auxiliary Reports | UDM Activity
You can either choose to view a specific client’s activity or show all clients’ activity.
UDM Alerts Management Reports
The UDM Alerts report pulls a list of UDM alert outputs generated within the specified date range. An output will be generated with the bureau that is monitoring identifies any new inquiries, trades, or second uses. Please note cancelled requests are excluded.
Go to File | Management Reports | Auxiliary Reports | UDM Alerts.
UDM New Management Report
The UDM New management report pulls a list of UDMs that were placed in a Monitoring status within the specified date range. Please note items in a Requested, Requesting, or Cancelled status will be excluded.
Go to File | Management Reports | Auxiliary Reports | UDM New.
Custom Report Utility – UDM Alerts Report
Similar to the UDM Alerts report, the Custom Report Utility UDM Alerts reports include additional detail such as the type of alert, the loan number, and last 4-digits of a borrower's SSN. This report includes the option to view child clients under the main client office for a more comprehensive UDM order view.
This report will generate as a .CSV export that you can view or download. Note that we are working to include the bureau the UDM is for which is upcoming in an XOL release.
Go to the File | Management Reports | XOL Custom Report Utility menu option.
In the XOL Custom Report Utility, click the Select Report drop down list and choose UDM Alerts.
Select any date ranges, clients and/or child clients to include, and click Run Report to view your data.
