Within the Search widget, you can search active and archived files via the Include Archived Files checkbox.

Any Archived Files found based on the search parameters will be included in the Orders list view, displaying a status of Archived.  Please note: Supplements will not be included in the Archived Files search as this data is not available.

Clicking the Archived file will automatically trigger the system to unarchive the file and open directly into the file view, while simultaneously updating the status to 'Done.'

Should no results match the search parameters with Include Archived Files enabled, a message of NO RESULTS will be displayed. When Include Archived Files is disabled, searching will automatically comb through any requests that may be archived, including normal, active requests. If archived requests are found matching the search parameters, a message of We found archived records matching your search criteria. Show Results will be displayed. Clicking Show Results will provide a list of archived requests matching the search criteria.

Based on results returned from the Include Archived Files feature, the column customizer will prevent users from disabling the Reference # and Status fields as these elements should always display. Additionally, the Archive Date is a new field, where users can enable the setting to see when a particular request was archived.
