A new version of XOLX will be available Friday, April 7th, 2023.
This release introduces many new features: the long-awaited Management Reports feature, searching includes archived Files and the ability to unarchive them, SSNs removed from title bar, Trades tab updated with new Filter, and the Segment ID added to the Bureaus column!
With each release, XOLX continues to grow into a comprehensive platform, where all user types can process and track more orders in reduced time.
We encourage you to get your processors working in XOLX so we can continue the pace of getting XOLX to a place where you will no longer need XOP to update your files - and all your processing work can be web based.
- Management Reports Now Accessible
We are excited to finally release the full breadth of the Management Reports feature! The reporting options that you have come to rely on in XOP are now directly available in XOLX, refreshed in a way to generate the data you need.

- Archive Manager Makes Its Debut
As we continue to bolster the features and functions within XOLX, we are happy to announce that the Archive Manager in now available! Now you can search both active and archived files directly from XOLX's Main Dashboard.
Any Archived files will be included in the Orders list view, displaying a status of Archived. Please note: Supplements will not be included in the Archived Files search as this data is not available. - SSN Removed from Title Header
We have removed the applicant's full SSN from the title bar to ensure security and compliance is upheld. Additionally, we have updated how the applicant and/or co-applicant SSNs are displayed within the Request Information widget. Now, only the last four-digits of the SSN will be displayed. The SSN is interactable, where users can click on the SSN to reveal and verify the applicant's and/or co-applicant's full SSN.
- Trades Tab Updated with New Filtering Options
We have added all the Trades filters from XOP into XOLX! Now, utilizing the new filtering options will grant users the ability to view and locate Trades more expeditiously, while spending less time bouncing between platforms. The Trades tab has an all-new filters icon.
Selecting the icon will present users with a variety of filtering choices. Users can apply their filters to narrow down results.
Once the filters have been applied, those selections will be displayed adjacent to the Filter icon. Users can remove applied filters at their discretion (via the 'X' icon), depending on what data they need to view.
- Segment ID Added to the Bureaus Column
We have added the Segment ID to the Bureaus column within the Trades tab so users can quickly view at a glance the reporting bureau and segment, without the need to sift through the entirety of a file. Please note: for the Segment IDs to be visible, the Bureaus column must be enabled within the column customizer.
