Fannie Mae Technical Affiliate Change
Requests Due Thursday, April 20th, 2023
Fannie Mae is preparing to accept change requests to your Technical Affiliate (TA) account. Change requests will include any modifications to your company name, contact details, i.e., new primary contacts, phone numbers, email addresses, etc.
If you do not currently offer SharperLending’s direct Fannie Mae connection to your clients, now is a convenient time to get started!
If you have any changes, want to sign up, or need more information, please reach out to Matt Brannon at Matt.Brannon@SharperLending.com by end of business Thursday, April 20th, 2023. Please provide the details of your requested changes in your email.
Any change requests that you submit will tentatively go into effect on June 23rd, 2023, in Fannie Mae's next Technical Affiliate update that they send to lenders.
