Manually completing orders can be beneficial to ensure your clients' pipeline remains uncluttered, if transcripts are obtained outside of the normal workflow process, etc. The Manually Complete feature is only available to Manager Users. Additionally, this feature can only be performed on orders in a Waiting on IRS status.
From the Orders sections, select an order with the Waiting on IRS status.
Within the Forms section, choose the Manually Complete button.
An overlay will appear with all the years that were requested on the order. Please note: at least one year with an attachment MUST be selected to manually complete the form.
Utilize the New Attachment or Drag New Attachment Here functions to upload the appropriate attachment. Once the year(s) and attachment(s) have been added, the file name of the attachment will be displayed. Select the red 'X' if you need to remove/replace the attachment. Selecting the year and providing the attachment will enable the Send option. Cancel will take you back to the order details.
TVP will automatically record that the order has been refreshed. Additionally, the manually completed form will systematically update the status to Completed.
Partially Completing a Form
When a form is only partially completed, i.e., only one year is manually completed when two or more years were requested, the overall order status will remain in Waiting on IRS, however, when you hover over the years requested, you will see which of the years has been completed and which of years are still Pending. Examples shown below.
Additionally, the Communications Log will record the year, form type, and post the uploaded transcript whenever a manual completion is performed.
