SharperLending Solutions' ReadyQual
Offers 3-Bureau Pre-Qualification Results

Equifax Now Supported as a Pre-Qualification Solution within ReadyQual!

Back by popular demand and enhanced with Equifax, ReadyQual will soon be available to you and your clients as a true three-bureau pre-qualification solution!

ReadyQual is a technology solution that supports the common practice of pre-qualifying consumers through soft inquiry requests. Your clients can enable and private label ReadyQual, placing a link on their websites for consumers to pre-qualify for loan products, such as Credit Cards, Auto Loans, HELOCs, and even Mortgages.

Additionally, your clients can provide the ReadyQual generated web address to Realtors and car dealerships for pre-qualification on behalf of the lender.

Your clients can set the benchmark for pre-qualification through score ranges and other criteria. ReadyQual will notify them via text and email regardless if a consumer has pre-qualified or no offers were available to the consumer.

As a pre-qualification solution, lenders and CRAs alike are functioning in compliance with all industry requirements, including securing the correct consumer consent and capturing the consumer IP address at the time the consumer attempts to pre-qualify. Lenders are still required to order a hard-pull credit report if they would like to move the consumer forward and into a loan application.

We plan to release Equifax in the coming weeks, making ReadyQual a three-bureau solution. Keep an eye out for an official release announcement!

Please note, ReadyQual consumer-facing website links are not supported on mobile devices.

How Does it Work?
  • ReadyQual is a front-end for XpertOnline and uses XpertOnline to access bureau data.
  • Allows you to offer soft inquiry product(s) to your clients where consumer consent is obtained.
  • Configure products with one, two, or three bureau soft code accesses.
    • Three-Bureau products: ReadyQual will decision off the middle score, by default.
    • Two-Bureau products: ReadyQual will decision off the highest score, by default.
  • Lenders will continue to have access to the credit report.
