Release Information for Providers
Starting Friday morning, July 28, 2023, a new version of XpertOnline will be available to you. This release includes an update about ReadyQual, new Spanish language outputs, management report updates, and preparing for CreditXpert’s new platform! Please continue reading for a complete description of the latest enhancements coming to XpertOnline. NOTE: an optional update to XOP will need to be applied to reflect these newest enhancements. To download and install the newest version of XOP, access the link HERE anytime Friday morning, July 28, 2023. A mandatory XOP update will be required on the morning of Friday, August 11, 2023.

ReadyQual Update - Coming SoonWe are excited to share that our teams have been meticulously adding new features to ReadyQual! With the shift the industry is currently experiencing, ReadyQual is an excellent instrument you and your clients can utilize to increase credit volume and expedite the pre-qualification process. In the coming weeks, we are adding a handful of new enhancements to ReadyQual, including the addition of Equifax, so all three bureaus will be available to you and your clients. Keep an eye out for a release bulletin coming soon! |

Spanish Versions of Output Reports Now AvailableLenders can now offer Spanish versions of the output reports to their consumers! Through this feature, your clients can serve more consumers in their respective communities. The following reports can be enabled as outputs: PDF Lender Report-Spanish, PDF Score Disclosure-Spanish, PDF Consumer Report-Spanish, and PDF Consumer Report v2-Spanish. All four of these reports are available and can be generated from XOP. |

User Type Added to ReportingWe have added the User Type to XOP’s Management Reports to assist with providing a better snapshot of your clients’ users. The User Type column has been automatically added for your convenience to the XOL Custom Report Utility and to the Lists and Resources | Client/Users – List with Emails reports. Each of these reports will now include the following user types: Administrator, Supervisor, User, or Custom. |

CreditXpert's New Cloud-Based PlatformOur team has been diligently preparing for CreditXpert’s new cloud-based platform launching soon. In the coming weeks we will have more information about the new platform, including what to expect, how your clients can get started, and your level of involvement.
You may notice a new XOP option on your Client Setup screens about enabling the new platform. This is for testing purposes only as we prepare for an upcoming release.
