Be More Competitive in Your
Client Pricing Bundles with New XOP Version
Joint Closed Loan Pricing Options Available in XOP Today!
We are excited to offer you the newest version of XOP available today for download! This new version includes a key enhancement that many of you have been inquiring about: the ability to set Joint-specific Closed Loan Pricing for your clients.
Current market conditions demand the most competitive options and flexibility for bundled pricing of your credit products. Now that we have optimized the Closed Loan Fee feature, we have automated the calculation of this total so you can truly bundle products and services based on a Closed Loan into a single Individual and Joint price and negotiate on that amount.
Best of all, you don’t have to manage this: your clients can indicate which loans have closed to apply the correct pricing on their invoices and for your billing.
How It Works
As many of you know, the Closed Loan Fee feature used to not allow customized Joint pricing, as it simply doubled the amount in the Individual Price field. This has all changed with this release! As in the screen shot example above, this test client has $85.00 set for individual pricing, and $100.00 for Joint pricing.
When your clients visit the client side of XpertOnline, view the Billing tab, and click the Close Report link, XpertOnline will automatically calculate the difference between the base product price and the closed loan fee to provide your clients with a total price: the Closed Loan Fee.
Note that, once you adjust the Closed Loan Fees with the new XOP, only new reports going forward will include this pricing. If you or your clients attempt to close an older order, please contact Tickets@SharperLending.com and we can assist you with closing orders placed prior to adjusting the Closed Loan Fees.
Client Invoice and Billing Information
- This will be available on their regular invoice.
- If your clients use the Combined Invoice, the total for this particular reference number will be the Closed Loan Fee.
- The Closed Bundled Invoice option is not affected by this feature.
- Currently, the Closed Loan Fee will not calculate ancillary billing charges such as Score Disclosure or Public Records fees, or Product Options pricing. It will only calculate the base product price, and any specific access and access addon pricing you have setup.
- If you have any Product Option pricing set (which most of you do), those amounts will still be billable charges on the invoice.
