New CreditXpert Cloud Platform Integration

The much-anticipated CreditXpert Cloud platform is nearly ready for release! We are currently in a testing phase and are planning for a production release in early 2024. We will provide more release details soon.

CreditXpert Cloud Platform
There has been a lot of discussion around this migration from a hosted solution to a cloud solution, and SharperLending is excited to be able to release a connection to the cloud solution in the coming weeks.

Please refer to the SharperLending-CreditXpert Addendum below to review, sign, and return. We have also included Frequently Asked Questions guides that will provide you with more detail on what this connection is, how it works, and CRA and client benefits. 


High-Level Benefits for You Include: 

  • Tech Support: as a CreditXpert-hosted cloud solution, if your clients encounter a tech issue, they can go directly to the source: CreditXpert. Clients can still direct questions on score improvements to you, with the full backing of CreditXpert assistance. Additionally, as the provider, you can request access to view what your client sees.


  • Security: CreditXpert does not store credit data. When data is sent to CreditXpert, it is tokenized and encrypted. Data is utilized only in a single user session. Users will build plans and the data will be discarded when the session is complete. This is a hardened security infrastructure process that has been proven to keep your data private and secure. CreditXpert is SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001:2013 certified and renews annually. 


  • Sales Efforts: CreditXpert will spearhead getting lenders started. Once a client is ready for onboarding, CreditXpert and SharperLending will reach out to you to enable your client for the Cloud Platform access. Any files that are currently in-process in the existing What-If Simulator or Wayfinder products can be worked with and completed. CreditXpert will not disable access to the current hosted service until Q4 2024, and there will be lots of communication about this throughout 2024.


  • Revenue: As a subscription service, you get paid for showing the Credit Assure page on your files each time it displays. Please see the SharperLending-CreditXpert Addendum for additional information.

  2. Send us your company logo! We can accept any web-friendly image format such as .JPG or .PNG.
