CreditXpert's New Cloud Platform

CreditXpert’s anticipated Cloud Platform is Live! SharperLending is excited to share that our connection to the cloud solution is available now in XpertOnline. Utilizing this new integration grants several benefits to you and your clients. Sign and return the addendum found below to take advantage of this updated feature.

Benefits For You Include: 
  • Revenue: As a subscription service, you get paid for showing the Credit Assure page on your files each time it displays. Please see the SharperLending-CreditXpert Addendum for additional information. 

  • Tech Support: Clients can go directly to the source - CreditXpert. Your clients can still reach out to you directly with inquiries, with the full backing of CreditXpert’s assistance. As the provider, you can always request access to view what your client sees.

  • Security: CreditXpert does not store credit data. When data is sent to CreditXpert, it is tokenized and encrypted. Data is utilized only in a single-user session. When the user's session is complete, the data is discarded. This is a hardened security infrastructure process that has been proven to keep your data private and secure. CreditXpert is SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001:2013 certified and renews annually. 

  • Sales Efforts: CreditXpert will spearhead getting lenders started. Once a client is ready for onboarding, CreditXpert and SharperLending will reach out to you to enable your client for the Cloud Platform access. Any files that are currently in-process in the existing What-If Simulator or Wayfinder products can be worked with and completed. CreditXpert will not disable access to the current hosted service until Q4 2024, and there will be lots of communication about this throughout 2024.

  • Sign and return the SharperLending-CreditXpert Addendum found HERE to Matt.Brannon@SharperLending.com.
  • Send us your company logo! We can accept any web-friendly image format such as .JPG or .PNG.

If you have already returned the addendum, no further action is necessary.
