Freddie Mac is accepting changes to your Technical Affiliate (TA) information at this time. Change requests include any modifications to your company name, contact details, new primary contacts, phone numbers, email addresses, or any new updates to Freddie Mac's Credit Reporting Companies and Technical Affiliates list you would like to adjust. Please ensure this information is accurate as the information will be presented to lenders on their LPA dropdown list.  

We recommend that you go to the Freddie Mac site https://sf.freddiemac.com/tools-learning/loan-advisor/crc and verify that the information for your organization is correct.  

Change requests that you submit for Freddie Mac will go into effect on June 1, 2024.
