Once users launch Appraisal FirewallX from the Order Service screen within Encompass® Partner Connect, select Order Collateral Data from the product offerings screen. For additional information regarding the information returned within a Collateral Data report, please refer to the article found HERE.
If your organization has multiple divisions enabled for Collateral Data ordering, users will be required to select the appropriate division.
1. Select a division.
2. Select Order.
3. Users will know the order was placed successfully when they are brought directly into the Collateral Data report. Please note this report generates quickly, so viewing the reference number may not be seen until after the Collateral Data report has been generated.
4. The Collateral Data report can also be accessed via the Documents Folders.
