Fannie Mae is currently accepting changes to your Technical Affiliate (TA) information. Change requests include any modifications to your company name, contact details, new primary contacts, phone numbers, email addresses, or any new additions to the list you would like to make. This information is important, as these display to lenders in the DU drop down list.

Fannie Mae Change Requests Due by July 31, 2024
We recommend that you go to Fannie Mae's website and verify that the information that they have on file for you and each of your clients are accurate.

Change requests that you submit for Fannie Mae will go into effect on September 23, 2024.
