Experian Connectivity Issue Update


Experian experienced a connectivity issue today beginning around 3:00pm Pacific Time, which was resolved at approximately 7:30pm Pacific Time.  

We were aware of the issue right away and monitored it throughout its duration. During the issue period, files went to System Review, and we did not deliver incomplete files to your clients.

As soon as services were available, we pushed all your clients' files through, and they were delivered this evening.
