From the Navigation menu, users can select Order New Report to place order requests without the necessity of leaving XOLX.
Users will be presented with a series of tabs that will correlate with their user scope. By default, Client, User, Product, and Borrower will be the available tabs.
From the Select Client tab, choose the appropriate client the new report should be placed under via the + icon. Users can also search for Clients via the Search Clients field, which will filter the list clients accordingly.
NOTE: Selections must be made in sequence for the next tab to become available, i.e., a Client must be selected for the User list to become available, a User must be selected for the Product list to become available, etc. Once a selection is made, the previous tab will turn blue. See screenshot below.
Once the Client has been selected, users will be directed to the Select User tab. A list of users will be displayed that matches all users under the selected Client. Choose the appropriate User that is placing the new credit report order via the + icon. Utilize the Search Users field to filter results.
After a User has been chosen, users will be directed to the Select Product tab. The Product list will reflect those products available under the selected Client. Choose the appropriate Product that should be ordered via the + icon. Utilize the Search Products field to filter results.
NOTE: If the Product selected is a Checkbox Product, choose the appropriate bureaus and scores. By default, all bureaus/products available will be enabled via the blue box adjacent to the bureau's product name. To disable a bureau/product option, click the blue box. Example provided below. Click Select Product to move to the Borrower information.
After the Product has been selected, users will be directed to the Select Borrower tab, which will allow the user to enter the Applicant(s) Information. Additionally, users can enter Address, Employment, Loan, Credit Card Payment Information, and Bureau Unfreeze Pins.
Fields that are required for successful order placement will be marked with an asterisk (*). Once the applicant(s) information has been supplied, select the Order New Report button at the bottom of the screen. Upon placement, users will be automatically directed to the order's request details page.
