To enable clients for CreditXpert's cloud-based platform, the following must be in place: 

  1. Return the SharperLending Addendum. This document ensures that SharperLending can provide credit data access to CreditXpert. Contact Matt.Brannon@SharperLending.com to obtain and return the addendum agreement. 
  2. SharperLending will notify CreditXpert that the addendum has been received.
  3. CreditXpert will activate your organization's name on their available Credit Reporting Agencies list so clients can select the appropriate CRA during their sign-up process. 
  4. Clients must sign-up for the cloud-based platform through CreditXpert directly. Upon completion of the sign-up process, CreditXpert will assign the client a LenderID
  5. Clients must provide the CreditXpert issued LenderID to their respective Provider so the LenderID can be entered into XOP, thus, establishing the connection. 


Search for the appropriate client in XOP. Select the Setup tab.


Under the Client Interface section, look to the right for Enable CreditXpert Products. Ensure the Platform checkbox is checked. 


Enter the client supplied LenderID within the CX LenderID field and SAVE


Upon completion, the client will receive CreditXpert's products on all credit reports going forward. Clients will need to select Choose Plan button, login to CreditXpert's cloud-based platform with their own credentials to run the appropriate product types.
