Updates LPA Feedback Messages

Eligibility Confirmation for ACE+PDRs Moved to New Location

 

Appraisal FirewallX has been informed that Freddie Mac implemented new LPA Feedback Messages to ACE+PDR submissions on June 12, 2024. These updates included adjusting the location where the property's ACE+PDR eligibility is shown and updates to the messaging feedback when orders are submitted through the bACE API. Please refer to Freddie Mac's complete announcement and overview HERE. We encourage you to share this information with your clients.

Since Appraisal FirewallX handles ACE+PDR submissions on your clients' behalf, no action is needed from you at this time.

ACE+PDR submissions sent through the bACE API on June 12, 2024, and later automatically reflect the eligibility location and messaging updates. Property eligibility can be found within the Property and Appraisal Messages section as opposed to the Assessment Summary section.

Upon submission, the Representation & Warranty Relief section will update from Not Eligible to Eligible. NOTE: Lenders will continue to receive representation and warrant relief after the ACE+PDR product has been submitted via the bACE API.
