• Updated ROV Disclosure Letter Template: Amended the ROV Disclosure template to include permissible causes for ROV submissions, timeframe on eligibility, and more.

• Reviewers Alerted to Borrower ROVs: Reviewers receive notifications when a borrower-initiated ROV has been submitted to substantiate the provided comps.

• Effortlessly Track & Reply to Borrower ROVs: Ensure compliance with documented activity upon receipt of borrower-initiated ROVs directly from the Communications Log.

• New Borrower Appraisal Delivery PDF: New, verifiable proof of when and how your borrower received their appraisal report and/or ROV disclosure.

• Send All Report Versions to Borrower: Automatically send all versions of the appraisal reports to the borrower.

• Boost Security with MFA: Require clients to utilize Multifactor Authentication (MFA) practices for enhanced security protection.
